Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
